8-Digit Investment: Codept's Logistics Platform Inspires BEUMER Group

Codept and the BEUMER Group strengthen their strategic partnership. Via their company builder Beam, the BEUMER Group is acquiring a majority shareholding in Codept. With the 8-digit investment, Codept will establish its logistics platform powerfully and sustainably, scale faster and develop outstanding new features.

Codept is a cloud-based e-commerce logistics platform that offers flexible warehousing and fulfilment across Europe. E-Tailers have instant access to a large network of logistics and fulfilment partners with one single IT interface (API). For logistics service providers, Codept standardizes and simplifies the otherwise expensive and time-consuming integration of new e-tailers.

The acquisition is a strategic decision by the BEUMER Group. For Codept, this means pole position in the race to harmonize IT systems of e-tailers and logistics providers.
